Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as early as possible.

• Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and any costs already incurred.
• Services involving hotels, transport providers, workshops, suppliers, manufacturers, guides, or other third-party providers are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
• Any non-refundable third-party charges will be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
• Once our Half-Day, Full-Day, Project-Based, Multi-Day, or Retainer service has commenced, our professional service fee becomes non-refundable, as it covers our time, planning, coordination, travel, and expertise.
• If Concierge Jaipur by Ravi is unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a suitable rescheduled date or a refund of our service fee, excluding any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
• Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed via Bank Transfer.
