Services are available on a Half-Day, Full-Day, Project-Based, Multi-Day, or Monthly Retainer basis.

Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon written confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment.
• Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer only.
• Services may be rescheduled if payments are delayed.
• Applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.

Sourcing & Quality Inspection

We use our experience, local knowledge, and professional judgement to recommend suppliers and conduct quality inspections.

While we always strive to achieve the best possible outcome, supplier availability, pricing, production, delivery timelines, and other business decisions remain under the control of independent third-party providers.

Quality inspections reflect the condition of products at the time of inspection. Hidden defects, changes made after inspection, transport-related damage, or supplier actions beyond our control cannot be guaranteed.

We do not simply introduce suppliers—we stay involved by providing guidance, coordination, quality inspections (where requested), and ongoing support throughout the process.

If any genuine issue arises, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in communicating with the relevant service provider and work towards a fair and practical resolution.

Limitation of Liability

We are committed to providing honest advice, professional support, and reliable service.

However, Concierge Jaipur by Ravi shall not be liable for losses arising from third-party actions, market conditions, transport disruptions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising from our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We always encourage resolving concerns through open communication before taking legal action.
